Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at wearndrise@gmail.com
with your order number.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Made-to-Order Items

All items are produced on demand after purchase. Since our engravings are pre-designed and not customized by the customer, these items are eligible for return under the conditions above.

Exchanges

Items may be exchanged for a different word, style, or finish, subject to availability.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for items that:

  • show signs of wear
  • have been damaged after delivery
  • are returned without prior approval

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
