Returns & Refunds Policy
Our jewelry pieces feature pre-designed engravings that are created in advance. While customers do not customize or choose engraving details, each item is still produced on demand and engraved specifically for the order once it is placed.
Final Sale Items
All jewelry items are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed.
Made-to-Order Production
Although the engravings are fixed and not customizable by the customer, each item is engraved and produced only after an order is placed. For this reason, items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Our Responsibility
If your order arrives with a defect or an error caused by us or our fulfillment partner — such as incorrect engraving, wrong item, visible damage, or manufacturing defects — we will replace the item at no additional cost. Refunds are not provided; the resolution will be a replacement.
Exclusions
We are not responsible for issues that are not related to production or fulfillment errors, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the design, engraving content, or general appearance of the product as presented on the website.
No Refund Policy
Due to the made-to-order nature of our jewelry, refunds are not available under any circumstances.
Third-Party Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled by a third-party manufacturer that operates under a strict no-refunds policy for engraved, made-to-order items. Any refund issued outside of these terms is at our sole discretion and expense.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the product details, images, and engraving design and agree to receive the item as presented.

This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
